Inspired by a firsthand account of paranoid schizophrenia, the design of this publication evokes a deep sense of disillusionment and detachment. This is achieved by featuring manipulated scans of vintage photographs and by setting type in an unorthodox and discordant manner. The ultimate aim of this work is to reflect the emotional depth shared in the candid narrative and to bring awareness to the often-shunned condition of schizophrenia.
